In the GRS-certified recycled polyester trucker cap segment, the Bryce owns the 6-panel space: it is the model for those who want the most rigid structure and a crown with a visible centre seam without giving up certification. The direct comparison with the Rapper-S clarifies its positioning: same 100% rPET composition, same GRS certification, but a 6-panel construction that delivers superior rigidity and a classic American trucker look the 5-panel cannot replicate.
The padded front panel in recycled polyester canvas — split by the centre seam but stable across each of the two sections — supports embroidery up to 10×6 cm starting 2 cm from the visor. Direct screen printing and DTF work on every section of the front with a dedicated cap press. The rPET rear mesh ensures active breathability but is excluded from any direct decoration technique. The ReTraze® visor in recycled plastic and the snapback closure in recycled material complete the GRS-certified supply chain.
It is the choice for outdoor, automotive and sports brands looking for a trucker cap with a structured aesthetic and a neutral-dark palette — especially for distributions where chromatic sobriety matters as much as certification. It is not the right product for those after fluo variants or vivid colours: the 12 available combinations work exclusively on neutral contrasts and dark tones.
