On personalisation: the structured front carries full-front (12×6 cm) well, but on the hook-and-loop closure only a small embroidery (3×1 cm) is advised, so as not to compromise the velcro function.

It is the technique of choice: the structured front supports full-front embroidery with a 12×6 cm area, starting 2 cm from the visor, keeping stitches sharp and in shape. Embroidery also on the sides 8×6 cm and on the back 8×3.5 cm. On the hook-and-loop closure a small embroidery (3×1 cm) is advised, so as not to compromise the velcro function. Polyester twill is a stable base for embroidery.
The structured front is a good surface for applying patches, by heat-sealing or stitching. The rigid panel supports the patch without deforming. Suited to the front and sides, with embroidered, woven or rubber patches. Avoid applying patches over the velcro closure.
