The rigid structured front has a direct consequence for personalisation: front (12×6 cm area) stays perfectly in shape and defined, because the panel does not give under the stitches. Print, on the other hand, is intended within the single side or front panel (6×5 cm without crossing the central seam): the six-panel structure with its median seam is designed for full-front embroidery more than for large prints straddling the panels.

It is the technique of choice for this structured baseball: the rigid front supports full-front embroidery with a wide 12×6 cm area, starting 2 cm from the visor, keeping stitches sharp and in shape. Embroidery also on the sides 10×6 cm and on the back 8×3.5 cm. Polyester twill is a stable base with excellent embroidery results.
The structured front is an ideal surface for applying patches, by heat-sealing or stitching. The rigid panel supports the patch without deforming and enhances its relief. Suited to the front and sides, with embroidered, woven or rubber patches.
