The declared screen-printing area is 43×43 cm — effectively the entire surface — with the only technical limits being the number of colours and registration. DTF transfer has no dimensional limits on this surface.

The 100% recycled polyester bandana is the ideal surface for sublimation: the entire 43×43 cm area is printable with unlimited colours, gradients and photographs. All-over sublimation produces permanent, wash-resistant images. Prefer light variants (White, Pink, Yellow) for optimal chromatic results. On dark variants sublimation is possible but the colours are altered by the base tone. No minimum quantity with a dedicated printer.
DTF transfer has no dimensional limits on the flat bandana: it can cover the entire available surface with a flat press. The recycled polyester ensures optimal adhesion. It does not require a cap press or cap-specific equipment — a standard flat press is enough. Ideal for medium-low runs with complex graphics.
It is the natural choice for sports brands, events with a strong visual identity and promotional gifts where graphics are central to the message. With 10 base colours available, it can also be used without extra customisation for quick distributions. It is not the right product for those after a technical high-intensity sports accessory with specific grip or anti-slip features.
