Embroidery is applicable on the front (10×3 cm) — a noticeably smaller area than standard baseball caps because of the unstructured military crown shape. Back 8×2.5 cm. Sides 6×2 cm. The reduced height of the embroiderable area (3 cm) limits vertical logos — favour horizontal logos or single-line text. The ripstop weave requires finer-point needles and suitable backing. Closure embroiderable on a 3×1 cm area. Not compatible with 3D puff embroidery.
