Backing cut-away obbligatorio (min. 80 g/m²) per stabilizzare il pannello morbido; ago SES 70/10 per non segnare il tessuto lavato. Partenza consigliata 2 cm dal bordo visiera. Senza buckram rigido: no ricamo 3D puff. Sul washed il filo lucido crea un contrasto materico che valorizza loghi minimali.
Patch woven, ricamate o in ecopelle particolarmente coerenti con l'estetica vintage del cotone lavato. La termosaldatura con cucitura perimetrale compensa la morbidezza del pannello destrutturato e copre la cucitura centrale, eliminando i vincoli di registro. Dimensione massima raccomandata: 6 cm.
