Fixed size, no adjustment. You need to know the user's exact head circumference.
No closure: the cap is sewn to a fixed circumference. Must be chosen in the exact head size (in cm or inches such as 7, 7¼, 7½...).
Fitted caps are produced in separate sizes at 1/8-inch steps (~1 cm). Zero flexibility: if the size is wrong the cap is unusable. Used in high-end sports merchandise (baseball, football licences). For promotional orders they require collecting everyone's measurements.
