The Vinson is the hooded sweatshirt from the Roly Eco Collection: 65% combed organic cotton (OCS Blended) and 35% (), 300 g/m² quilted . The two-tone design with a lined hood in coordinating fabric and raglan sleeves sets it apart aesthetically from most volume sweatshirts. The certifications are genuine but partial: GRS for the recycled polyester and OCS for the organic cotton content, but no (which certifies the entire production chain), no Fair Wear and no OEKO-TEX. It is an eco choice with verifiable credentials but not at the level required for those needing to communicate certified sustainability on multiple fronts.

First choice for small to medium runs on this cotton/polyester blend. Excellent adhesion, no dye migration risk unlike DTG. Works well on all 7 available colours.
The 300g weight and quilted fleece structure support direct embroidery well. Ideal for corporate logos and text. Avoid embroidery areas larger than 8x8 cm on the fleece: the surface can create a tunnelling effect. Use backing stabiliser.
